An and me had worked together for
a while. He helped me prepare myself prior the contest. We had a 10 days intensive training. It was due to his experience & good knowledge of sport science that I was able to effectively achieve my target in such a short time.
The result was significant, I lost 2 dress size. It was definitely amajor confidence boost factor for me. Until now, I still work with An.Definitly recommend him for anyone who want to have a good shape and/orhave a good health.

Unlike other trainers in Vietnam, you've trained with many foreign trainers, trained/worked ten years with Steve Chipman who in my opinion, is the best all around fitness expert in this country.
You also have international certification and are fluent in English
so there is really nobody in this country that can compare to you. To
anyone thinking it's a lot of money, I'd say like anything in life, you
get what you pay for and in my opinion, training with you is worth

I have been taking training sessions with Andy An for about eighteen months. For the past 25 years, my physical activity hasn’t amounted to much more than pushing the buttons on the remote control.
