I specialize in highly effective personal training to make you
stronger, healthier and sexier.  

With over 10 years of experience in the professional fitness
industry, a BS Degree in Physical Training and Certification
from Clark Hatch International, Andy's qualifications speak
for themselves. 

A life-long learner, Andy has trained under some of Asia's
leading expatriate trainers, attended coach training with an
International Coaching Federation coach, and is currently
studying at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (USA).

Andy has a passion for transforming his client’s bodies and
improving their fitness. He helps his clients achieve outstanding
results letting them live more healthy lifestyles. 

Andy's typical clients are discerning individuals who are looking for highly individualized PT delivered to exacting international standards of safety. Andy has delivered results to thousands of satisfied clients and is known for his effective program design, cutting-edge technique, and service minded approach. 

Andy trains clients in both English and Vietnamese.

Jenny Ngoc Nguyen – Fitness Trainer

Jenny is an experienced trainer who can work with clients from basic to advanced levels. Her experience as a step-aerobic instructor brings added excitement and cardio-challenge to her training style.
During her time in Germany experienced the professionalism and high standards in the Europe. Jenny's clients describe her training style as focused and friendly with a caring touch.

Jenny trains clients in both English & Vietnamese.

Hieu Le

Hieu was a badminton professional player. Pilates, yoga practitioner, who is really interested in practicing/ training abdominal exercises. Abdominal exercises play an integral role in any strength and conditioning program. A strong core is essential for anyone especially for officer as well as athletic performance and to prevent the occurrence of injuries and back pain. Hieu specializes in designing personal fitness training programs for beginner gym user to intermediate sport performance, especially for those who is looking for weight (fat) loss programs.

SWAN NGA – Fitness Trainer

an experienced traditional Kung fu, Step Aerobic instructor who was certified by Seara International  and Free Motion Training System. Swan Nga can train  client individually or in group class. Swan Nga believes that fitness is something that should be integrated into everyone's 'routine' every single day as brushing teeth. Engaging in physical movement should be pleasant and releasing and an escape from the stress and tension of your everyday life. 

Dung Duong

Dung's strength is helping clients progress at their own pace. His training style is perfect for someone experiencing PT for the first time.  His experience with PT conditioning for women is unmatched and his clients enjoy his encouraging manner and the results they achieve without pressure or stress.   Dung trains clients in basic English and Vietnamese.

Tony Magnifico – Boxing Coach

Meet and train with our boxing coach Tony Magnifico whom has years of experience with World Championship Boxing. He worked with the following champions: Roberto Duran ,Gerry Cooney , Vito Autofermo , Rocky Graziano , Barry McGuigan and trained under the coaching of Freddie Brown, Angelo Dundee, and Ray Arcel. Also associated with the Bobby Gleasons Gym in New York.

Kiet Nguyen – Kungfu Instructor

Kiet is a Certified Martial Arts Instructor and has been teaching Vietnamese Ancient Nam Huynh Dao Kung Fu at Nam Chon temple for over 15 years.  His approach with clients is patient yet tough with a focus on technique and proper form.  Because of Kiet's in-depth knowledge he can work with clients at any level from beginner to advanced with an appropriate level of challenge and support.  His clients gain self confidence, physical conditioning and flexibility as well as mind-body balance.
